Eseltjiesrus is not a petting farm but a sanctuary. We welcome the new regulations that require all sanctuaries to comply with the PAPA legislation. This means that meticulous care and welfare standards are upheld, and the donkeys choose whether to interact with visitors while supervised by our trained staff.
