    Join us at Barley & Biltong Emporium for their Meat & Beer Feast evenings, hosted by Chef Philip & Cape Brewing Co. Brewmaster Wolfgang.

    1st Course:
    Mini Bretzel and handmade obatzda, paired with CBC Pale Ale.
    2nd Course:
    Herring salad served with pumpernickel bread and schmaltz, paired with CBC Pilsner.
    3rd Course:
    Salt & pepper flash fried calamari tubes with handmade tartar sauce, paired with CBC Lager.
    4th Course:
    I.P.A & honey glazed slow roasted pork belly and crackling, paired with CBC Imperial Pale Ale.
    5th Course:
    Hearty venison potjie and handmade pastry crust, paired with CBC Dunkel.
    6th Course:
    Apple strudel served with vanilla whipped cream, paired with CBC Amber Weiss.
