He is often referred to as the ������������ ������������ ������������������������������������. Matt Beech is both vibrant and passionate and this energy reflects in the 3 gin variants you can find at @autographginstellenbosch, right here in Stellenbosch. What makes this distillery all the more fabulous is that the housing and manufacturing are all done on-site, even the Fynbos is grown there! So proud are they of their gin that you can not only come for tasting but you are given a tour of the refinery so you can see exactly how the gin is made. Having battled the long lockdown period the distillery bar is open again on Thursdays and Fridays, "it just brings more life back into the venue when it's full of people enjoying themselves".
