Bartholomeus Klip Farmhouse offers a Pre-Christmas Lunch at their Deckhouse on
17 December at 12pm.
On the table will be a bread platter with flavoured butter and spreads.
Starter
- Prawn Cocktail: Poached prawn, iceberg lettuce, avocado, pangritatta, Mary Rose aioli
- OR Arancini Risotto, green garlic, hazelnut dukkah, sour cream, brown butter
Main Course
- Burger: Char Siu wild boar, homemade bun, apple mayonnaise, camembert, truffle skinny fries
- OR Beer can chicken: Lightly smoked baby chickens, craft beer, herb jus , summer slaw, parmesan jacket potatoes
- OR Gnocchi: Potato, tender stem broccoli, pine nuts, Cape lemon, burnt butter, Vacca-rossa parmesan (Vegetarian).
Dessert
- Brown sugar meringue, summer strawberry, pastry cream, strawberry ice cream, toffee snaps
- OR Tart: Milk chocolate ,salted caramel ice cream, buffalo yogurt, black sesame sugar
OR Cheese: Dalewood selection with Preserves and rye crackers
Kids Menu
- Mini pork and sage sausage rolls with homemade tomato sauce

Christmas Eve Dinner Menu, 24 December at 7pm
- Tomato soup with vodka & caviar served with an oversized crouton
- Bream goujon with lemon beurre blanc and fresh dill
- Tian of aubergine, mushroom, black garlic & olive oil
- Beef Wellington My Way served with baked clouds of mashed potato, baby beetroot, bundle of bacon wrapped fine beans and citrus carrots
- Crushed meringue with berries, grapes, fresh mint and rose sorbet
- Coffee and Estate pot still brandy
Christmas Luncheon, 25 December from 12pm to 4pm
- Watermelon stars, goat’s cheese and wild seeds on a bed of micro herbs with a splash of strawberry vinaigrette
- Bream goujon with lemon beurre blanc and fresh dill
- Sticky glazed master stock belly of pork, crackling with baked apple
- Herb crusted galantine of chicken, pineapple salsa and fine beans.
- Air dried beef with julienne of pawpaw
- Mince pie roulade and rum butter
- Kolache pastry pillows of lemoncurd and poppy, strawberry and blackpepper, roasted fig and walnut.
- Coffee and Estate pot still brandy.

Piza-e-Vino offers a delicious Christmas Lunch for Christmas Day.
The Christmas Lunch is designed for four people sharing.
