The Stone Kitchen is a child-friendly bistro, offering a great kids’ menu and both indoor and outdoor play areas. Pancake and Wine Pairing
The pairing consists of four wines, perfectly paired with four filled pancakes:
Duke of Wellington Chenin Blanc 2018 is paired with a pancake filled with sugar & cinnamon, dazzle with crushed ginger snaps and topped with cream.
Duke of Wellington Sauvignon Blanc 2018 is paired with pancake filled with orange marmalade, garnished with a piece of orange.
Duke of Wellington Pinotage 2017 is paired with Blackcurrant jam, a hint of anise seed, topped with Pinotage jam.
Duke of Wellington Cabernet Sauvignon 2017 is a traditional sugar and cinnamon pancake sprinkled with grated dark Lindt chocolate.
“Rockefeller” Pairing
