Linton Park Wines – “Uncorked”

From 7 October “Uncorked” at Linton Park Wines will be open every Sunday from 10h00 till 15h00 for wine tasting and from 11h00 for lunch.

For non-alcoholic visitors we offer a selection of Grape juices or Rooibos teas to taste. Banting friendly savoury muffins and a selection of cheeses are served to compliment the tasting.

Pop-up Deli at Zomerlust

Every Friday afternoon from 13h00 - 18h00         

We have started a pop-up deli (“huis mark”) at 3 Blouvlei Road where we offer freshly baked goods and take home meals and snacks for sale. As soon as the weather is good enough we will extend the hours and offer the possibility to buy at the market and then eat the products at our tables outside.

·         Wellington Wines Pancake and Wine pairing has become our most popular pairing of all times.If you have not tried it yet – you have been missing out big time!

The pairing consists of four wines, perfectly paired with four filled pancakes:

Duke of Wellington Chenin Blanc 2018 is paired with a pancake filled with sugar & cinnamon, dazzle with crushed ginger snaps and topped with cream.

Duke of Wellington Sauvignon Blanc 2018 is paired with pancake filled with orange marmalade, garnished with a piece of orange.

Duke of Wellington Pinotage 2017 is paired with Blackcurrant jam, a hint of anise seed, topped with Pinotage jam.

Duke of Wellington Cabernet Sauvignon 2017 is a traditional sugar and cinnamon pancake sprinkled with grated dark Lindt chocolate.

“Koek Terapie” at Oude Wellington Restaurant

We are launching the summer season on Oude Wellington Estate and opening a Tea Garden, Venue and Gift Shop named “Koek Terapie”on 27 October 2018 from 11h00 to 17h00.

Venue: We also offer a full florist service and host the most beautiful and intimate garden parties to suit your budget and dreams.

Shopping: We converted part of the space on the farm for some retail therapy every day from 11am to 5pm. Bring your friends, your children and the family dog (treats for the doggies on the menu).
