In the heart of the Winelands, Wellington, lies the hidden gem called Au d’Hex Estate.

Au d’ Hex Estate is managed by the Goeters Group and operates as an exclusive wedding and function venue with onsite luxury accommodation that provides five star service. The Manor House can accommodate 20 guests with 10 beautiful rooms.

At Au d’Hex they pride themselves in their ability to create your most memorable day and making sure everything runs smoothly and perfectly. They are specialists in their trade and ensure a stress-free time. They love to welcome you to their venue for anything from a wedding, conference or special function.

Their location is very convenient being only a stone’s throw from Wellington and an hour’s drive from Cape Town.

They recently opened the doors to their newly renovated and managed restaurant, “G Restaurant” with opening hours from Wednesday’s to Sunday’s from 9am to 5pm.

Surrounded by the most beautiful gardens and a dam they pride themselves in delivering only fresh and homemade food to their clients and customers.

Their aim is to give their guests a laidback experience with easy going food to pair with the delightful wine list from Wellington.

Their restaurant is not only perfect for enjoying a delectable meal while being surrounded by the beautiful landscape, but for any function or event too.

They are perfectly situated for cyclists to enjoy their amazing menu, coffee, craft beer and wine after exploring Wellington’s famous mountain biking tracks.

Patrons should note that due to the fact that their restaurant is very popular for private functions and weddings they will be closed for private functions on some days. They advise patrons to please follow them on social media for these updates.

Every first Sunday during the summer months they invite all to come and enjoy a lazy lunch with them in their beautiful garden with live music, delicious food and local wine. Picnic baskets for these “Summer Sundays” can be ordered in advance and pizzas can be ordered on the day.
