From historic tales of creation – merging Pinot Noir and Hermitage (Cinsaut) grapes by Professor Perold, to today’s legends crafting and creating the latest Pinotage or Pinotage blend. The story always ends where it is enjoyed with friends, food or maybe somewhere alone with a bottle of Pinotage as your company. Wellington is the perfect destination to celebrate the story of Pinotage this Saturday, 12 October 2019. Head over and celebrate with our wine producer's offerings!
From Diemersfontein Wine Estate, your trusted home of Pinotage, comes a Pinotage Day celebration like no other. To honour our iconic South African varietal, their in-house sommelier will be hosting a masterclass about all things Pinotage, showing four diverse interpretations of the varietal with four custom curated sliders, freshly prepared by Aan Tafel Kontrei Restaurant.
Cost is R200 per person to take part in this unique experience (incl. tasting, masterclass, four wines paired with four sliders. Two seatings will be hosted at 11am and 2pm. Email marketing2@diemersfontein.co.za to secure book your spot.
