Who are we?
- Nestled in Du Toitskloof pass, R101, Amberg Art and Kitchen, is situated. This is a destination for locals and everyone driving through the pass. On the same property you will find Amberg Country Estate, with beautifully designed self-catering cottages. At the restaurant you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner with a breath taking view over the Paarl Valley. Seating about 30 guests inside and another 30 guests outside, small functions or intimate gatherings can be catered for. On a cold winters day the blistering fire place will add to the ambience. All art pieces from well- known artist are for sale which also adds to the atmosphere of the rustic interior of the restaurant. The business is owned by local resident, Klarisa and her husband Peter, the chef, coming from Austria. The menu therefor consist mostly of Austrian and international dishes. Closed on Mondays Open Tuesday – Saturday: 09h00 – 20h00 Sunday: 09h00 – 18h00
