Rosé – you either love it or hate it.
Seeing that there are so many ways to make rosé, and almost any red grape can be used, there’s no such thing as a typical rosé. Back in 2011, when we made our first rosé, we were one of only two wineries in South Africa to use mourvèdre grapes, which makes this wine rather special.
To match: A wine for pink food. Try trout, Norwegian salmon, slow-roasted beetroot and fresh or cooked strawberries.
