Who are we?

Husband and wife team Billy and Marlene Phillips opened Paarl Floor Services on 7 May 1979. 12 years after opening they discovered a high demand for good quality blinds & installation services, and subsequently Billy Phillips Blinds and Awnings was born. After the youngest son Billy Jnr took over management duties the two companies merged into one brand: BILLYPHILLIPS. This family-based business pride themselves in their deeply rooted family origin and excellent reputation within the Western Cape. It is this which drives them to provide a wide variety of quality blinds, flooring and decor at competitive prices. But what really sets them apart is the level of service and dependability for which they are known.
