Who are we?
- e Bos Guest Farm dates back to the 1850’s and is owner managed. We offer a variety of family friendly, self-catering accommodation options. We have shaded camping, a backpackers barn, three private en suite rooms, as well as a garden cottage and four fully equipped bungalows. Everyone has access to the large swimming pool and kids playground. Our 5 hectare farm is in the heart of the Klein Karoo town of Montagu, Route 62, Western Cape, South Africa. We are also a working pecan nut farm. Peacocks, guinea fowl, leopard tortoises and angulate tortoises roam the farm. Horses, sheep, ponies and Nana the donkey live in the paddocks. Many different birds can be seen along the river. De Bos is a favourite accommodation option for rock climbers, hikers and mountain bikers visiting Montagu. We are less than 5km drive from the famous Montagu Hot Springs and within walking distance of the center of town with it’s historical museum , coffee shops, craft markets and stylish restaurants.
