Who are we?
- My name is Dirk Joubert. I was born in Namibia (Windhoek) but grew up in Stellenbosch (South Africa). I was a high school teacher for 22 years, and my specialist subject is Geography in which I have an honours degree from the University of Stellenbosch. I have travelled this country (and Namibia) extensively and have a thorough knowledge of its physical attractions, people, places of accommodation, transport routes and systems, climate, game parks and adrenalin activities. I have also participated in a variety of adrenalin activities such as river rafting, bungi-jumping, abseiling, deep-sea fishing and diving and hunting. I also play golf and tennis. My mission is to create an affordable opportunity with personal attention for tourists to come to South Africa, to experience the awesome beauty and excitement of this wonderful country. Also to experience the diverse culture of its population, which makes this country so unique and exciting!
