From cakes that feed 20 to life size replications, each cake not only looks magnificent they also taste delicious, with a wide variety of flavors and taste sensations.They never repeat a cake, unless it's on a teaching tour. Eat Cake Party offer master classes on the designing and sculpting of 3D cakes with special concern to the design of the internal structures needed to create these gravity defying works. The owner, Dot de Kler travels around the world teaching at chef and cake schools on every continent. Her work has been featured in every major cake magazine around the world from the German Cake Pirate Magazine, Portuguese Cake Design, Australian's Sweet Magazine, Cake Design France, Cake Masters( UK)- , Brazilian Cake Decor, American Cake Design and many more.
