Who are we?
- Potina Ceramics is based in Franschhoek in the Western Cape and owned and managed by ceramic artist, Vuyisa ‘Elvis’ Potina. His product decorate stoneware and pit fired ceramics. Realising that ceramics was his true calling, He was able to access funding to further his training, and went on to study for his Ceramic N4 Diploma at Boland College in 2004. He also inherited several pottery kilns and other equipment from his mentor Rodney George, who had since relocated to the Southern Cape.
