Who are we?
- The story of Kingna Pot still brandy begins with the conversion of an abandoned pack store into a distillery in 2005. Our vision was to convert the pack store into an authentic distillery specialising in producing top class pot still brandies. With the help of architects, engineers and designers the distillery was built and once the necessary legislative requirements were finalised, we started distilling in 2007. Even though we started distilling in Jun 2007 the South African brandy legislation rules that we have to wait for at least 3 years and a day before we can legally bottle our product. This comprehensive legislation and our authentic process attest to our brandy being of the highest quality. Our first pot still brandy was therefore produced in June 2010. The fact that in the first year of production we were awarded a bronze VERITAS was an assessment of our dedication.
