25 years of hard earned experience
KPM projects was established in 2016 and has quickly gained a reputation for quality workmanship delivered on time, to budget and exactly to spec every time. Although KPM Projects is relatively new, our strength lies in the combined experience of our professional team. Owner, Pierre Mels is the oldest of three brothers, all specialising in wood. Pierre's father was one of the original Knysna furniture makers and worked for over 40 years at Jonker Bros. His three sons grew up with wood and it's in their blood.

Our knowledge and experience of costing allows us to deliver accurate quotations and carry that cost analysis through to project completion - no hidden surprises! We understand the importance of defining the project scope correctly to ensure we meet and exceed customer expectations. We schedule realistic project tasks and timeous delivery of materials to ensure that tasks can be completed in the correct sequence - avoiding unneccesary delays and costs and helping to meet project deadlines.
