Who are we?
- Recently restored and interior designed, this unique “Barn House” is situated on the original road that leads into Franschhoek. Dutch Gables on the two wings give the house a stately façade. Nestled in a quiet residential area, “La Chouette” 45 Huguenot Road, is within easy walking distance of the many restaurants, wine farms and specialist shops that add to the charm of Franschhoek Village. Designed in “country French meets industrial chic” the predominantly sleek grey and wood décor is highlighted, in places, with multi-coloured tapestries and kilms. Collections of interesting coloured vases and vintage eye baths are dotted around the house. Owls are a subtle theme to be found throughout the house!
