Who are we?
- Le Verger is situated in the centre of the unique Devon Valley area on the outskirts of Stellenbosch. On these slopes, overlooking a delightful dam with spectacular views of the Simonsberg and Stellenbosch mountain ranges, there are two olive groves with a total of 845 trees. The oil is cold pressed and then bottled and labelled in the evenings by the family. We also have pecan and almond nut trees, a variety of fruit trees and are making a serious attempt at growing our own organic vegetables (harvesting in competition with the guinea fowl, bugs, worms and snails!!)
