Who are we?

When a lifelong desire to serve patrons with real home cooked food is paired with a young, brightly eyed newly qualified IHS pastry chef, MARVEL, a quaint little bistro, deli and patisserie springs to life. We ensure to keep you satisfied with only the freshest, locally sourced ingredients prepared daily by our complimenting duo, Erna Judd and Rossouw Koen. Our slow food movement prevails, and good things take time. With carefully thought out dishes and desserts, we aim to provide you with real food using only real, ethical ingredients supplied to us from local farmers.
