Who are we?
- Our estate wines are made with pride in provenance and humility in craftsmanship. We strive to make wines that are juicy yet structured, elegant, and above all authentic to the place they are grown. Noble Hill is located in the Simonsberg-Paarl appellation of origin, which has made some of South Africa’s finest wines dating back to the late 17th century. The cellar at Noble Hill was constructed in 2001, and we have spent the past decade fine-tuning our methods to release wines that reflect our energy and the potential of the new South Africa.
