- Working Cape Dutch Estate with 4star Guesthouse and the oldest ala carte restaurant in Wellington which is uniquely integrated into the cosy working distillery. Oude Wellington is a place down to earth with rustic charm, great food and unstuffy atmosphere. We have all the trimmings of luxury you expect from a 4 star guesthouse.All luxury rooms are equipped with air-conditioner, wine or bar-fridge, telephone, wall-safe, under-floor heating, Victorian full size bathtub, fine percale linen, bathrobes, flat-screen TV, DVD, topTV, Wifi, Tea/Coffee, Cape antique furnishings all under thatched roofs. We also have a few budget rooms.All prices include a Champagne breakfast buffet and eggs to order.Activities include tractor rides, horse back riding and learning how to ride by a qualified teacher.
