Nederburg is hosting an outdoor screening of the romantic comedy film, The Holiday, on the sprawling lawn in front of its historic manor house at the farm in Paarl, on Saturday, 22 December 2018.

Starring veteran actors Cameron Diaz, Kate Winslet, Jude Law and Jack Black, the movie portrays the story of dumped and depressed, English rose Iris who agrees to swap homes with similarly unlucky in love Californian Amanda for a much-needed Christmas break. Iris finds herself in a palatial Hollywood mansion while Amanda navigates the lanes of a picture-perfect English village. Soon enough, both lovelorn ladies bump into local lads perfect for a romantic pick-me-up.

With beautiful scenes, this film is wonderfully suited to a summer evening in the glorious Cape Winelands, matched with good company, outstanding wine and delicious eats.

A selection of Nederburg’s award-winning wines together with an array of easy-going, flavourful food will be on sale.

Be merry with Nederburg – sit back, relax and join in the fun!

Doors open at 17:00 and the movie screening starts at 20:30. Arrive early to reserve your seats under starry Paarl sky.
