It might be cold outside, but Paarl eateries are determined to warm up visitors this winter with fabulous food offerings ranging from traditional Sunday roasts, spicy curries, rustic soups, tapas platters and bistro menus.

Floreal Brasserie at Marianne Wine Estate offers a traditional roast set menu every Sunday in the winter. At R210 per person for two delicious courses you can warm up next to our fire place and relax with a great glass of red wine. Our winter a la carte menu is also available with a choice for everyone.

Warming curries are the ideal food partner for cold winter days. On Saturday 24 August we will light the fire to create a warm and cosy ambiance, ready to welcome you to our curry lunch.

On the menu will be:
1. Durban fish curry
2. Red lentil curry
3. Fragrant and spicy Lamb curry

Curries will be served with basmati rice and poppadums.

Join us for Winter Warmer Soup & Wine weekends during August 2019. We have a selection of soups to choose from.  Choose the soup of your choice and we will suggest the perfect wine to accompany the soup. From R55.00 per person for one bowl of soup served with Ciabatta bread. Excluding wine. Booking is essential.

• Tempranillo & Tapas

Monday to Saturday 10h00 – 16h00 l Sundays & Public Holidays 10h30 – 15h00

The Tempranillo and Tapas experience consists of a tapas platter and a glass of our 2016 Tempranillo. The tapas platter includes marinated olives, chorizo, marinated peppers, Beef meatballs with a Spanish tomato relish, Manchego cheese and Cajun spice cheese. The tasting is R105.00 per person. Booking is essential.

Join Mellasat Vineyards the weekend of the 17^th & 18^th August for our first Bistro & Wine weekend.

The Bistro menu is available from 11:00 – 16:00 on Saturday and from 11:00 – 14:30 on Sunday.

Due to the popularity of our Gourmet burger weekends we decided to increase the menu with a wider variety of food options.  The menu will still include some of our popular burgers and other dishes to tantalize your taste buds. Prices start from R65.00. A kiddies menu is available. For the sweet tooth we have a nice selection of desserts. Booking essential.
