Who are we?
- Day trip paddling down the Breede River This is an unforgettable experience for the whole family or a great day out of the office for any group. The river is gentle enough for first timers with enough small rapids to make it exciting. The trip is about 10km long and takes roughly 3-4 hours. We paddle past many lovely vineyards with the Langeberg mountains in the background. A picnic lunch is enjoyed along the banks of the river So if you have driven the scenic Route 62 and enjoyed it, then why not try paddle it! Rafting Route62 is based at Robertson Backpackers, 2 hours from Cape Town and 20 minutes from Montagu. We operate 7 days a week, (subject to availability), with a minimum of 2 people and maximum of 20. All our guides are qualified. (*For more info and lots of pictures see our website)
