Who are we?
- Rooshoek olive trees grow at the foot of the Groenberg Mountain in the heart of the Cape Winelands. They are believed to be more than 80 years old. The warm summer climate and extreme South East winds which the trees had to endure over their life span contributes to the quality of this very noteworthy 100% extra virgin olive oil. Rooshoek olive oil is made from the Frantoio and Mission cultivars. Visitors are more than welcome to come for olive oil tastings on the farm. The bottle size ranges from 500ml, 750ml and 2-L boxes. Our olive oil goes great with pasta dishes, salads and juicy steaks!
