- Stellenbosch Eco-Cultural Tours offers foreign and local visitors a relaxed and safe way of experiencing the diversity of cultures and settlements that make up Stellenbosch. Unlike the many tours that focus solely on the picturesque beauty of Stellenbosch and its numerous wine-farms, these tours do so much more. They not only acknowledge the mesmerising beauty of the Winelands, but also highlight the contrasts between rich and poor, informal and formal, old and new South Africa that is so characteristic of the country. Visiting projects and community members en route, visitors become so much more than observers, and instead are offered an opportunity to engage with locals in an authentic way.
