The rumors were true - Windmeul Kelder releases very first Brandy VSOP.
This authentic Cape Brandy is smoth and full bodied with aromas of fresh apples, pear and apricot with hints of herbs.
Grapes were harvested at a earlier stage in order to achieve higher acid and lower pH for maximum flavor development during distillation. Pot distilled before being matured in selected French Oak Casks.
Ideal brandy to be enjoyed at room temperature or on crushed ice. To be served with rich desserts. With only a limited amount of a 1000 bottles this might just be this festive seasons ultimate Christmas gift
