For the corporate guest, the guest house also caters to conferences, social gatherings or small events, and is able to host up to 50 delegates.

Enjoy a day out with your family at the Christie Prins Day Hiking Trail (12km from Ceres). Surrounded by picturesque mountains and beautiful nature scenery.
This hiking trail above Prince Alfred’s Hamlet was established as an Eco-tourism project by a local school. The route named after a famous conservationist in the area, has 2 circular routes: ±2 hours and ±4 hours. No permit needed. Dogs must be on a leash at all times.

Petervale Guest Farm, camping and accommodation, is situated 140km from Cape Town, about 10kms out of Ceres at the foot of the Skurweberg Mountains. They use only organic farming methods. They have a herd of cows which are milked by hand as well as apples, pears, almonds and vegetables.
Petervale’s self catering cottages are the perfect getaway for people of all ages. They are fully equipped and furnished in an old ‘farm style’ theme and include good quality bedding and towels. Each cottage sleeps four persons and can sleep an extra two persons as well. All three of their cottages have indoor fireplaces as well as a patio and outside braai facilities.

* Every Saturday and Sunday from 08h till 13h.

* Whilst you are in the orchard you can eat as many fruit as you like

THE Deli offers:

The drive takes about 1 hr 15 mins from central Cape Town. Bain’s Kloof Pass is closed for maintenance. Hoogwater Farm is just off the R43, before you reach Wolseley.
