Situated at Diassingel 13, Ceres. Clearwater Living is a comfortable self-catering apartment for 6 guests in Ceres, and ideal for business travelers, friends, families or couples.
The apartment is located on the same site as the main house and offers a private entrance, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and a lounge area. The bedrooms each have 2 single beds and share a bathroom with 2 showers and a toilet. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge area suitable for 2 children. All linen and towels are provided.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and includes a two-plate stove, oven, microwave, fridge, cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. Meals can be enjoyed at the dining table with seating for 4. The lounge area has a TV with selected DStv channels and free Wi-Fi.
Parking is available on the premises behind an electronic gate. If arranged in advance, guests will also have access to the pool and braai facilities. It is shared with the main house.
