Who are we?
- In 2011, Quint & Floriane Cutler swapped the bustling hill of Paris's Montmartre for the Oak leaf soils on the slopes of Stellenbosch's Devon Vale off the Bottelary Road. At Domaine Coutelier Wine Enthusiasts can marvel at 270 degree views of the mountains of Simonsberg, Groot Drakenstein, Jonkershoek, Stellenbosch, Helderberg and the Hottentots –Holland to the East, Paarl Rock and surrounding mountains to the North and Durbanville Hills to the West. Domaine Coutelier aspires to create elegant classical wines with Gallic flair from African Sunshine and the Cape of Good Hope’s cool sea breezes.
