What is nose to tail you may well ask. Well, it’s a revolution of sorts. A revolution on par with using less plastic, eating more sustainably and avoiding the modern day pitfalls of mass consumerism. It’s a return to a more ethical, conscious approach to food and sustainability, something that we at Boschendal wholeheartedly advocate.

When   : Saturday 5 August 2017
Time     : 18h00
Venue   : Boschendal
Price      : R495 per person

Franschhoek with its cozy warm fireplaces, robust red wines, soul comforting food and so much more is the perfect destination to discover in Winter.

Our first stop of the day was at the new home of Terbodore Coffee Roasters. In addition the the roastery, they also opened the Big Dog Café where you will find delicious breakfasts and lunches to enjoy with your freshly-brewed coffee.
