Toast to the start of the festive season and summer in the Cape Winelands with the popping of corks and flutes of fizz at our bespoke Cap Classique dinner with Graham Beck Bubbly on Friday 1 December, taking place at Leeu Estates.
With the renowned annual Franschhoek Cap Classique & Champagne Festival taking place on 2 and 3 December, this is the perfect pre-amble to a weekend of celebrations in true Franschhoek style!
From grape to glass the entire process of producing a top quality MCC relies on meticulous attention to detail, dedication to authenticity, precision timing and plenty of patience. Graham Beck’s state-of-the-art Cap Classique cellar, situated in the Breede River Valley along the famous Route 62, delivers Méthode Champenoise style wines worthy of their reputation as amongst the best in the world. Their team’s mission is "the eternal pursuit of the perfect bubble"!
Dinner will be served in The Dining Room’s stylish new conservatory, the ideal venue for a leisurely summer's dining experience. Leeu Collection’s executive chef Oliver Cattermole has created an inspired five course seasonal menu that focuses on locally sourced produce as the hero ingredients, with each course intended to complement and contrast the fine Graham Beck MCC with which it has been partnered.
The cost for the evening is R950 per guest. Seating for this exclusive dining experience is strictly limited and reservations are essential. To book, kindly contact events@leeucollection.com or 021 492 2475.
