Cape epic Steel Challenge -

Only 1 day to go before the ABSA Cape Epic kicks off on Sunday! We’d like to send Team Steel Challenge the very best of luck and a whole lotta grit – for what they are attempting to achieve is nothing short of extraordinary! Max ‘Waxhead’ Menzies and Fernell ‘Fykz’ Regue hope to become the first team ever to tame the Epic on two fully rigid, single-speed steel bikes.
Max and Fykz are riding under the banners of both the Cape Leopard Trust and McGregor Young Warriors & Angels Mountain Biking Academy/Club (part of Breede Centre).
