On this retreat we will dive deep, tune in to our own innate wisdom, process through intuitive art-making and become clear on what truly matters to your heart. We will draw on inspiration from nature and her elements. We will move gently with Charmaine Horsburgh and come into stillness. Karen Nebe will also guide you in meditation and mindful self-compassion practices. You will feel held, heard and nourished. You’ll have time to reflect, treat yourself to a massage and rest.
