Babel at Babylonstoren – Farm feasting unfiltered

Tables at Babel Restaurant are filling up fast for the balmy summer months. Diners can now enjoy their farm-inspired dining without curfew constraints – or wine prohibitions. This season’s staples include their farm-grown risotto with citrus-infused leek, asparagus and parmesan with burnt almond butter, or their rose geranium-and-coconut panna cotta with rhubarb confit, paired perfectly with a glass of Babylonstoren Chardonnay.

Polo Pavilion by Back’s

Monday – Closed l Tuesday – Saturday: 12:00 – 22:00 l Sunday brunches: 10:00 – 16:00

The Pavilion provides a unique and luxurious experience that is unmatched in the Valley and is exclusive to Val de Vie Estate. The Polo Pavilion by Back’s offers a welcome chance to escape the ordinary, dress to impress and transport yourself to a time and place where you can indulge in an intimate dinner or a calm family meal. Sunday Polo Brunches are another great offering available too.

They invite all guests to embrace and enjoy the refined atmosphere the restaurant provides. Children are welcome, and they kindly ask parents and caregivers to assist in ensuring that the Polo Pavilion remains a peaceful escape for all guests. A custom-made table for 12 guests can also be booked for special occasions like family birthdays or even polo victories.
