Now you can contact Drakenstein Municipality toll free

Drakenstein Municipality has officially launched its new toll-free number, 080 131 3553, to give the Drakenstein community (Paarl, Wellington, Gouda, Hermon, Saron and Simondium) easier access to its services.

Residents, businesses and other members of the public can now contact the Municipality toll free on 080 131 3553. During office hours they will reach the Municipality’s switchboard and after hours its emergency services.

Please note that Drakenstein Municipality’s normal contact numbers are still valid and operational, at normal telephone costs. These are:

Life-threatening Situations:  021 872 2323

Service Emergencies:   021 807 4500

Reporting Hotline Number:  0800 428 429 (To report fraud, theft and corruption related to the Municipality, as well as water wastage, illegal dumping and arson)
