We’re thinking about that plate of Nederburg’s slow-braised Karoo lamb neck, tender and rich, or even Fairview’s fragrant lamb shoulder curry with a fresh poppadom. At Brookdale, delicate spinach and ricotta mezzaluna awaits, while Rhebokskloof offers a fresh smoked salmon salad.
Botanicum at Ridgeback tempts with a firm favourite - rustic mushroom sourdough pizza, and Perdeberg rounds it all off with their Fortitude Tiramisu, a creamy dessert infused with Fortified Chenin Blanc.
These are just a few of the plates calling for your attention – and there’s so much more to discover across all six participating wineries.
