Welcome to all artists, creatives and art lovers!

We are very excited to announce the launch of a centralized Art Society for Paarl.

Our exposure to numerous art exhibitions throughout the Western Cape and contact with artists on Facebook and Instagram revealed an amazing network of artists and art enthusiasts working and living in Paarl.

Inspired by the groundswell of local creative endeavor, we knew instinctively that it was time to create a vehicle for imaginative, artistic expression in our town.

The Drakenstein Local Tourism Association with its already established self-guided Arts & Crafts Route has partnered with us in the foundation and start of this endeavour by providing administrative assistance and will do so until a Paarl Arts Society committee has been chosen.

The Paarl Art Society aims to provide a vibrant platform for artists from all walks of life to express their creativity and to participate in innovative projects and installations.

We invite all of you to share your projects and initiatives with us! Let us know when you plan to have an exhibition or an open studio. Let us, as a group, organize art festivals, public art projects and creative happenings in our town.

We would like to see Paarl bloom into a town where art is displayed and celebrated and where creatives sculpt, paint and print a vibrant synergy.

To become part of the Paarl Art Society contact paarlartsociety@gmail.com.
