The 10th edition of the Perdeberg Family Festival is taking place on 19 October 2019 at the charming Vryguns Farm in Paardeberg, Paarl.

Considered a family-centric winery, Perdeberg is set to offer a full-day of great wines, live music, entertainment, kid’s activities and a variety of foods to enjoy a fun-filled summer’s day out in the winelands.

Special performances by popular local musicians such as Nic Stevens, Viljoen Retief and Newton & Co will create a buzz and entertain guests, whilst the kids enjoy fun-fair rides and other activities. Additionally, festival guests will also be able to participate in the family fun run through the vineyards with Run The Vines, which will take place prior to the event. Choose between a 5km or 10km trail run route and go for gold as the event accommodates for all ages and fitness levels.

Enjoy special offerings served up by the farm’s newly opened restaurant, Eat @ Perdeberg.  Chef, Rob Hahn will be serving up a selection of family-style dishes. With a wide variety of food trucks that will be serving up delicious bites to eat – there’s sure to be something for everyone!

Moving over to the wines, the festival will offer guests an opportunity to sample and taste a variety of wines, craft beers and bubbly produced by Perdeberg. These include the popular Soft Smooth Range, the farm’s signature Classic range, the stylish Vineyard Collection range, the distinguished Dryland Collection and a dedicated bubbly station serving up a selection of MCC and sparkling wines.

Tickets cost R160 per person and includes entry, a tasting glass, 10 wine tasting coupons and the entertainment. Children under the age of 18 enter free of charge. Book tickets directly via www.webtickets.co.za or at the Perdeberg tasting room.
