Ridgeback Wines and Perdeberg Winery walked off with the trophies for top red and top white respectively at the recently held Paarl Wine Challenge. This prestigious regional wine challenge has been showcasing the quality and terroir of the region for over two decades.

Méthode Cap Classique is the term used to describe South African sparkling wines made in the traditional French method (methode champenoise). Our wine route has outstanding producers.
