raai Day with Babylonstoren

Memorable Braai Day with Babylonstoren
When the weather is fine, South Africans get ready to light the fire. Babylonstoren’s range of fireside solutions includes everything from braaibroodjies and braai meal packs to leather aprons and flavoured meat rubs, and ensures an easy win for a Braai Day celebration to remember. An essential addition to your braai is Babylonstoren’s lamb. Sourced from Philippolis in the Free State, where they graze on a blend of Karoobossie, soetgras, and vinegar grass, the meat acquires its distinctive flavour. After seven days of aging, the lamb reaches its peak of flavour and tenderness. Choose from various cuts of meat and prepared espetadas for your fireside feast.
