3. @brendas_preserves has made waves in the spice and preserve industry, breaking barriers and preserving a flair for life. Do something a little different and blend your own spice with the guidance of her spice masters.
4. Ever heard of a Pinsa? They’re taking off in South Africa, so why not try one at the source? La Grapperia’s Chef Christian spent time in Italy honing his Pinsa skills - similar to pizza, but with a more complex base that makes it lighter, crispier, and more flavourful.
5. Finally, discover the art of distilling and end your day with a gin tasting overlooking the vineyards and Table Mountain. Our personal favourite is the Fynbos Gin - and we’d love to hear which one you love most.
