It's no secret that @tabufood is one of my favourite local brands ~ gmo free, plant based + organic certified 😍 🤩
Tabu specializes in organic plant based + macrobiotic food products. They also use locally sourced GMO free soy beans for their homemade tofu, tempeh + seitan. At the core of Macrobiotics is the principle of balancing Ying + Yang ~ which are essential aspects of an alkaline diet.
