The week is upon us! Herewith the line-up for August's First Fridays McGregor along with a screen sized map (screenshot or save to your phone for ease of reference). The village of McGregor will be alive and buzzing from 5 - 8pm on Friday, 2nd August and we can't wait to share our creative efforts with you.
1. Ricky Joshua Art at 18 Voortrekker St.
2. Chris van Niekerk Botanicals hosted by Howbazaar at 46 Voortrekker St.
3. Juanita Mans Art hosted by The Blend Coffee Shop & Deli (46 Voortrekker St)
4. Wine & Dine at The Blend Coffee Shop & Deli with their selection of homemade hand-pies, sweet treats, fully loaded boerewors rolls, homemade cup of soup as well as their selection of wines or G&T.
5. Jimmy's in McGregor with their signature cocktail for the week.
6. Joni-Leigh Doran Fine Art's working Studio Gallery featuring stoneware by Alila Ceramics at 56 Voortrekker St.
7. Emma's Art Robertson and Christwish Mulunga Art hosted by Bessie's Bakery at the corner of Voortrekker and Bree st.
8. La Galleria featuring a group exhibition at 7 Bree St.

Visit Vrolijkheid Reserve

Visit Vrolijkheid Nature Reserve just outside the village and enjoy the peace and quiet that nature offers

There are a total of 175 bird species, including the jackal buzzard, the African and pale goshawk, black and African fish eagles as well as the magnificent Malachite Kingfisher which you may spot at the bird hide. Remember to pack the binoculars!
